DELIVERY
Butterflies will be delivered
to your home, business, or event site one or two days before your event. All
prices above include free delivery in San Luis Obispo county or free overnight
shipping throughout California. For orders outside California, please contact
us by email for a shipping quote.
ORDERING
Lead Time
Please place orders as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. Orders are accepted up to 18 months before and typically no later than 60 days before a planned event date. To check availability, email us with your event date and requirements.
Limited quantities of
butterflies may be available for unplanned events, such as funerals or memorials.
We will always try to fulfill requests for unplanned events or rush orders
if possible.
Deposit & Payment
After confirming availability, fill out, print, and sign the order form and contract. Mail your completed form and a 50% deposit to hold your date. We will confirm acceptance of your order and receipt of payment in writing.
Payment may be made by check or money order. If paying by personal check, your order will be confirmed when proceeds are cleared by the bank.
Full payment with your order will be accepted if preferred. The outstanding balance of your order must be paid at least 14 days prior to your event date. If the balance of your order is not received 14 days prior to your event date, your order may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
Cancellation
Written cancellation of your order, either by mail or email, is required.
Deposits, less 10% administration fee, will be refunded if you cancel your
order with more than 45 days prior to the event date. You will forfeit your
deposit if you cancel your order within 45 days of the event date. We will
confirm cancellation of your order and your entitlement to a refund, if any,
in writing.
Guarantee & Refunds
Garden Flutters guarantees the health of the butterflies, provided they are cared for properly.
Garden Flutters will supply you with care and release instructions for your butterflies. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage if you do not follow our instructions after delivery of your butterflies.
Butterflies should not be released in heavy rain or strong winds. There is no entitlement to a refund in the event of bad weather.
